ohn "Cha Cha" Ciarcia's (actor, producer, celebrity manager, boxing promoter, Restauranteur, and radio host). John Ciarcia was known as the mayor of Little Italy.
Ciarcia played mobster Albie Cianflone on the Sopranos. His film credits include the Danny Devito-directed Hoffa, Death to Smoochy and appeared in Martin Scorcese's Goodfellas, etc. He also cohosted Sirius Satellite Radio's The Wise Guy's Show.
